1. Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed after successful order placement and customer verification. ZAAL reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or unconfirmed order.
2. Delivery Policy
Basics Collection
⚡ Same Day Delivery available within Karachi for orders placed between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
📦 Orders are dispatched after 4 PM and delivered the same day.
Boutique Collection
👗 Make To Order articles require 10–15 working days for preparation.
📦 Ready To Deliver articles are delivered within 1–5 working days.
Delivery timelines may vary during sales, holidays, or unexpected courier delays.
3. Exchange Policy
✅ Exchanges are accepted only in case of:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged product
- Size issue (if applicable)
❌ No exchange or return on:
- Used or washed items
- Customized / Make To Order articles
- Sale or discounted items
Exchange requests must be made within 24–48 hours after receiving the order.
4. Payment Policy
We offer secure payment options including Cash on Delivery (where available) and advance payment for selected orders.
5. Product Information
We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
6. Privacy & Customer Information
Customer information is kept confidential and used only for order processing, delivery, and customer support purposes.
